Taizhou Guangming Textile Mill was founded.

1995
Taizhou Chengguang Synthetic Fiber Factory was established to
produce polypropylene staple fiber.

2004
Taizhou Hailun Chemical Fiber Co., was established, started to build a new
polypropylene staple fiber factory.(North factory)

2007
The new polypropylene staple fiber factory started production.

2018
The fifth production line was installed and put on production.
Hailun North Factory Polypropylene staple fiber annual production capacity reached 50,000 Tons.

2021
Jiangsu Haibang New Materials Co., Ltd. was established and the construction of Jiangsu Haibang New Factory Area (South Factory) started.

2023
Jiangsu Haibang’s four polypropylene staple fiber production lines were put into operation, with an annual designed production capacity of 40,000 tons.
