In recent years, China's filament weaving industry firmly establish and practice the concept of green water and green mountains is Jinshan silver mountain, unswerving ecological priority, green development, has achieved a series of results, mainly reflected in the following two aspects: First, water saving and emission reduction results are significant, the current industry 100% production sewage treatment, many areas to achieve 100% reuse of water, sewage zero discharge. Second, the level of energy conservation and consumption reduction has been improved, and the whole industry has actively promoted equipment upgrading and technological transformation, timely eliminated backward production technology and equipment, continued to promote clean production, and actively and steadily helped carbon reach peak carbon neutrality.
While affirming the above achievements, it is also necessary to note that China's filament weaving industry is still facing many challenges in terms of green development, such as weak green coordinated development of the industrial chain, green innovation investment and lack of talents. In order to accelerate the development of new quality productivity and promote the green development of filament weaving industry, China Filament Weaving Association proposes the following initiatives to the whole industry.
First, increase the development and application of green technology. Encourage and support filament weaving enterprises to increase investment in research and development of green technology, strengthen cooperation with scientific research institutions and universities, promote the deep integration of production, study and research, and further accelerate the research and application of advanced technologies such as chemical fiber filament fabric no-sizing technology, easy decomposition slurry sizing technology, antimony-free fiber spinning and dyeing and finishing technology, low-cost treatment and efficient reuse technology of water jet weaving wastewater. The use of clean energy such as photovoltaic power generation, reducing dependence on fossil fuels, etc., to enhance the green production level of the entire industry.
Second, water conservation and emission reduction, improve the efficiency of water resources utilization. Continue to do a good job of wastewater treatment and reclaimed water reuse, optimize related processes, further improve the quality, efficiency and reuse rate of wastewater treatment, and strive to achieve zero sewage discharge in the whole industry; The use of water-saving sprinkler, the establishment of rainwater collection pond to supplement weaving water and other ways to save water, reduce the waste of water resources.
Third, accelerate the pace of green new product development, to achieve efficient and recyclable resources. On the one hand, we should pay attention to the application and development of green raw materials such as recycled fibers, stock liquid colored fibers, bio-based fibers, and recycled cellulose fibers, optimize textile production processes, use environmentally friendly dyes and auxiliaries, and actively develop and produce green textiles. On the other hand, it is necessary to improve the recycling rate of waste textiles, such as waste silk, silk, cloth edge, waste cloth, etc., strengthen the production management of each link, reduce waste, and realize the recycling of resources.
Fourth, energy saving and carbon reduction, and actively build green factories. Enterprises should actively transform energy saving and carbon reduction technology from the aspects of process technology, production equipment and heat energy reuse. At the same time, the use of data technology to implement fine management, through technical innovation and management to reduce energy consumption. The concept of green and low-carbon development runs through the whole process of product design, raw material procurement, production, transportation, storage, sales, use and scrap treatment, etc., to create a green factory with land intensive, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste resources, and low energy carbonization.
Fifth, build a sound green talent training system and corporate culture. Enterprises should strengthen the cultivation and publicity and education of green talents, regularly organize green skills training and special lectures, internal propaganda, etc., improve the theoretical level and practical operation ability, strengthen the environmental awareness and responsibility of employees, and practice the concept of green development with practical actions. Enterprises should have the courage to assume social responsibilities, build an environmentally friendly corporate culture, accelerate the improvement of corporate environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) level, and play a greater role in increasing international competitiveness and promoting sustainable economic and social development.
6. Establish a cooperation mechanism for green development of the industry. Filament weaving enterprises should strengthen cooperation and exchanges, jointly develop new green fibers, green dyes and additives, jointly study and solve problems and challenges in green development, realize intensive, clean and intelligent production process, build a green and low-carbon supply chain, and build a green and circular production system of the whole industrial chain from raw materials, production, marketing, consumption to recycling. To achieve the green level of the whole chain of the supply chain, and actively implement the double carbon goal. At the same time, strengthen cooperation with the government, scientific research institutions, industry associations and other parties to form a joint force to promote the green development of the industry.
